PatrickSpins is an online casino that positions itself as a UK‑centric gaming hub. It offers a mix of slot titles, table games, and a live‑dealer section, all wrapped in a mobile‑friendly interface. The brand’s slogan, “Play. Win. Repeat,” is more a promise than a guarantee, but the site does deliver on many of its claims.
Getting Started: The Login Process
To access the casino, you need to use the patrickspins casino login page. The sign‑in screen asks for a username and password that you created during registration. If you forget your credentials, the “Forgot password” link triggers an email reset within minutes. The login experience is straightforward, but the site does not support two‑factor authentication, which could be a drawback for users who prioritize security.
Games and Software
PatrickSpins partners with several software developers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt. The slot library contains over 200 titles, ranging from classic three‑reel games to modern video slots with progressive jackpots. Table game enthusiasts will find 15 variants of blackjack and 10 types of roulette, plus a selection of baccarat and poker.
Live dealers are streamed in 720p, and the platform offers a “table selection” feature that lets you filter by house edge or volatility. However, the live section is limited to a single casino room, which means you can’t switch between multiple tables without closing the current game.
Bonuses and Promotions
New players receive a 100% match bonus up to £200, plus 50 free spins on the popular slot Starburst. The wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, which is standard for the industry. Regular players can access a loyalty program that awards points for every £1 wagered; points can be redeemed for cash or bonus credits.
One downside is that the bonus terms exclude certain game categories. For example, all slot play counts as 40% toward the wagering requirement, while table games count as 100%. This split can slow down the path to withdrawal for slot‑heavy players.
Payments and Payouts
Deposits are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and several UK‑based e‑wallets such as Skrill and Neteller. The minimum deposit is £10, and there are no fees for card payments. Withdrawals can be processed through the same methods, but the casino imposes a £5 fee on e‑wallet payouts.
The average withdrawal time is 1–3 business days for bank transfers and 24 hours for e‑wallets. If you choose a credit card for withdrawal, the processing time extends to 5–7 days. This variation means that players who rely on instant cashouts may find the e‑wallet option more convenient.
Customer Support and Responsible Gaming
Live chat is available 24/7, and email support responds within 24 hours. Phone support is limited to UK residents and operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The casino also provides a self‑exclusion tool and sets deposit limits that can be adjusted weekly.
While the support team is generally helpful, the phone line can be busy during peak hours, and some users report delayed responses to complex queries.
Why PatrickSpins Stands Out
- UK Licensing: The casino holds a UK Gambling Commission license, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Mobile Experience: The mobile app is lightweight and mirrors the desktop layout, making it easy to play on the go.
- Bonus Structure: The welcome offer is competitive, and the loyalty program rewards consistent play.
What Could Be Better
- Security Features: Lack of two‑factor authentication may concern security‑savvy players.
- Live Dealer Variety: Only one live casino room limits the choice for players who enjoy multiple tables.
- Withdrawal Fees: The £5 fee on e‑wallet payouts can add up for frequent withdrawers.
